這個類似股東和員工怎麼領要事先說清楚

比如樓主說的情形，A就像員工或經營著，跑前跑后的出力，應得勞務報酬5萬（舉例），B當人頭行情3萬（舉例），這個交易當中的稅及費用及利息等是支出，股東是按出資比例分配盈餘的，所以

1.售出價-購入價-稅-費用-利息-A及B的報酬=盈餘

2.盈餘按照出資比例來分配，如果是貸款的話，這裡的出資比例就是首付款+稅+費用等
