台大型研究證實　痛風易心肌梗塞

痛風不僅造成關節疼痛，更增心肌梗塞風險！根據一項分析健保資料庫世代的大型研究指出，痛風患者發生急性心肌梗塞機率為常人1.23倍，20-44歲的青壯年更達1.59倍，顛覆年輕就無需煩惱心肌梗塞的觀念，研究也首度證實痛風為心肌梗塞發生的重要因素，無論性別與是否為心血管疾病低風險族群，如從不菸酒等，皆因痛風增風險。這項研究成果也刊登於國際醫學期刊《風濕病學》。
 
主持這項研究的林口長庚醫院風濕過敏免疫科醫師羅淑芬表示，研究團隊追蹤健保2000年至2008年大於20歲，共70萬4503筆個人資料，2萬6556人被診斷痛風，分析罹患痛風發生心肌梗塞較無痛風者高出許多，為常人的1.23倍，因此治療痛風不僅要專注關節炎症狀與尿酸控制，更要兼顧共病預防。(王璐華／台北報導)
