各位前輩們晚安，剛剛打了一大堆結果斷線 所以這次就簡單扼要的問好了 手機排版，造成不適請諸多包涵 小弟我目前在住家附近的非連鎖超商工作 12/31開始到現在 我二月的班有兩天加班 一天為16小時，另一天為14小時 這樣是否有違反勞基法？ 我有把出勤卡拍下來，能po出來嗎？ 如果我3/7正式提出離職，這樣要上到3/17還是3/18？ 最後是抱怨 當初是要做大夜(00:00~08:00)，月休四天，月薪兩萬三 想說錢少一點沒差 而這間超商右邊三十步一間小七 左前方五十步一間小七 業績差的時候還要被問為什麼 後來調到晚班(16:00~00:00) 薪水被降到兩萬 另外一位同事很扯，根本混吃坐等領薪水 老闆跟我說已經把她罵到臭頭 後來有一次才知道，原來罵是好聲好氣的慢慢跟她說 我都不能有事，另外兩位有事就好講話 罵都是罵我，不是我的錯也是罵我 貨不是我再叫的，也要怪我 ----- Sent from JPTT on my Motorola XT910. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 221.120.4.158
