加油站齊歇業　恐涉聯合行為將違法

日前中華民國加油站商業同業公會全國聯合會傳出因毛利過低，春節後將要求中油公司調高汽柴油毛利，若中油不同意，公會將發動全台加油站同步歇業3天。公平會對此今宣布已介入調查。

公平會表示，所謂的聯合行為是依照《公平交易法》第7條規定，且同法規定，事業不得為聯合行為。加油站公會發動全台加油站聯合歇業可能會觸及《公平交易法》聯合行為禁制規定的事項。（蔡孟修／台北報導）

公平會表示，公會視同事業，若發現有聯合行為，依《公平交易法》第41條，可處5萬~2500萬元罰緩，情節嚴重者，依同法可處前一年營業額的1/10罰鍰。
