最新消息！鴻海高層收賄案又有最新發展，鴻海前經理鄧志賢在案發後雖然獲台北地方法院裁定以新台幣300萬元交保，但檢方不服向高院提起抗告；全案經高院審理後裁定交保撤銷，發回台北地方法院更裁，將在今（28）日上午11點重新召開羈押庭。

而關於高院裁定撤銷交保的理由，根據了解主要是認為北院在裁定交保時並未審酌「如何避免鄧志賢交保在外，而以LINE、WECHAT等通訊軟體勾串共犯或證人」，因此裁定交保撤銷。
