農曆年快到了，卻又有家庭上演悲劇。一名男子懷疑小他12歲的妻子另有「小王」，2人常為此發生爭執。醋勁大發的丈夫，先將妻子殺了之後還伴屍一夜，之後自己再獨自一人到新北市三芝山區點火自焚身亡，男子燒成全身只剩下一具白骨。

警方調查發現，這對相差12歲的夫妻，38歲的高姓男子和26歲的陳姓女子，雙方結婚近10年，育有2名子女，月初因起爭執，陳女提出分居。但高男懷疑妻子在外有小王，雙方為此常發生口角，竟在26日下午持刀將陳女砍了數十刀，刀刀見骨當場死亡。高男事前將兒女託付給岳母，自己則是在27日，開車往三芝山區自焚身亡。
