胡婷婷和團體Soler成員Giulio（胡立歐）去（2013）年1月結婚，兩人曾上節目公開放閃，談及彼此更滿嘴甜蜜，可時過一年兩人承認已協議分手，28日凌晨在臉書公開聲明：「這是雙方一個很平和的決定，沒有爭吵，也沒有傷害，我們仍是彼此的好朋友。」

兩人認識4個月閃婚，結婚後香港、台灣兩地跑，過往上通告時總是黏TT，私下也不畏工作人員眼光，經常高調曬恩愛。胡婷婷曾說，另一半看自己「已超越外表」，也曾透露「我老公每天都想生」，甚至表示想懷上女寶寶；而Giulio曾說自己像等了胡婷婷一輩子，「現在終於找到她，下半輩子我不能再錯過了。」

可短短一年過去，兩人無預警爆分手，聲明指出：「雖然遺憾，但我們心中沒有放棄相信美好的愛情，這段緣份，讓彼此成長，成為更好的人，也了解愛更多層面與方式。」他們向外界及家人關心表示感激，更對雙方家庭成員感到抱歉，希望外界能給予兩人多些隱私和平靜，「我們將不會對這件事在做任何回應」。
