很希望可以在開一家
但是說老實話短時間內應該不大可能
現在新竹區的量販店
Costco是最新的,但也是在關埔區地價漲翻天之前開的
大潤發,愛買,家樂福,這些店都是老店
以目前的地價跟租金,量販業者投資的意願應該不高
所以很殘念,大概等個幾年地價回穩,才有可能有比較大的商業行為
