請問網頁資料庫 PHP+MySQL 語法使用問題

想請問這裡的神人

我想用PHP+MySQL 寫網頁式的資料庫操作,

能否請教有沒有什麼方法或HTML語法可以做到把網頁切成2個Frame
,當我點下其中一個frame後 只更新另一個frame的方式

例如FRAME A有 一排姓名列表, 當我點擊其中一個人的姓名
,Frame B則從資料庫端抓出並顯示那個人的詳細資料,
但我又不希望Frame A重新更新, 因為frame A的 vertical bar位置也會被洗掉

再請問有沒有哪一本書或哪個網頁有教這種技巧
