年前搶客　買屋送10萬元家電

【陳建宇／高雄報導】農曆年前是傳統購屋旺季，建商促銷方案紛紛出籠，高雄建商推出只要年前簽約下定，就送市價10萬元的10項家電，衝刺年前的最後一波買氣。

每年年底都是購屋旺季，建商為刺激銷售，多會祭出各種優惠措施吸客，高雄市鼓山區新案「城品」只要年前下定金，就送價值10萬元的10項家電，楠梓區新案「New York」也推出購屋即贈液晶電視、冰箱和洗衣機。民眾陳小姐表示，買屋送家電很吸引人，但若能搭配價格優惠會更好。
