內政部：大埔案判例史上所無

內政部次長蕭家淇3日表示，苗栗大埔案的行政訴訟判決，內政部將等收到判決書後，再決定是否上訴。不過，內政部質疑，這次台中高等行政法院的判決，只針對4戶9人部分徵收處分予以撤銷，但針對其餘19人則予以駁回，行政法院所引據的理由何在？

內政部地政司長王銘正也表示，這也是史上所未有過的判例，將等收到法院判決書後，再決定是否上訴。
