12月高市買賣移轉棟數　較11月增2成

【郭寶懃／台北報導】高雄市建物買賣移轉棟數今日出爐，2013年12月交易量4028棟，較上個月增加20.7%，在行政區部分，三民區12月交易量556棟，穩坐冠軍寶座，鳳山區12月移轉494棟居亞軍。累計2013年共4萬3755棟，較2012年增10.4%。

高雄市建物買賣移轉棟數12月以三民區556棟稱冠，而鳳山區494棟居第二名，台灣房屋智庫執行長劉怡蓉指出，前者因為有學區及商圈支撐，機能最為成熟，投資自用都有許多選擇；後者身為市區外圍的重鎮，公共建設與人口數量都都很穩固，房價卻相對低廉，C/P值相當高。
