圖文版：http://lovecc6.pixnet.net/blog/post/338920475 消費時間：2013/12 老公收到一份主管送的神秘小禮物， 拿出來時只說應該是小點心之類的， 我看到提袋上印著「微熱山丘」時， 驚訝的說：「什麼！你沒聽過微熱山丘？這家好有名耶！」 然後就不客氣的當場拆開來吃了，哈哈。 微熱山丘的產品只有兩種：鳳梨酥和鳳梨汁， 除了南投和台北兩家店，於上海、新加坡、東京都有分店， 鳳梨酥一直是國外觀光客來台旅遊愛買的伴手禮之一， 我本身對鳳梨酥沒有太大熱情，甚至有點討厭， 不過微熱山丘是讓我願意一吃再吃的鳳梨酥。 盒裝的鳳梨酥有分10、15和20顆裝， 平均每顆$35，比一般市售鳳梨酥貴但用料實在。 打開包裝，一顆長方體的鳳梨酥呈現在眼前， 酥皮採紅殼鮮力蛋、天然奶油和日本麵粉揉成， 無添加人工合成物，餅皮酥香不易碎也不油膩。 內餡採八卦山139線上生產的土鳳梨做內餡， 微甜微酸，看得到也吃得出土鳳梨的細纖維， 相對市售廉價的鳳梨酥填充冬瓜餡來賣， 口感就是不一樣，吃得出真材實料。 與另一家我吃過也很有特色的台中日出鳳梨酥比起來， 微熱山丘的鳳梨酥依然是我的最愛， 不消一日，我們便把整盒十顆鳳梨酥吃光拉！ 地址：台北市民生東路五段36巷4弄1號1樓 電話：(02)2760-0508 營業時間：10:00~20:00 http://www.sunnyhills.com.tw -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 211.76.49.8
