要求停止填海造陸 學生陳情

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄3日電）高雄多所大學學生組成行動聯盟，今天到高雄市政府陳情，要求停止南星填海造陸開發計畫案。

高雄學子反對南星計畫行動聯盟多名學生由地球公民基金會陪同，到高雄市政府四維行政中心陳情，遞交100多名高雄學子的連署書。

行動聯盟表示，南星填海造陸開發計畫案在當地居民及環保團體陸續發現填海造陸後，高雄市小港海底的底泥測出的銅、鉛、汞、鋅等重金屬含量，較未填廢棄物前超標很多；汞、鉛、砷等重金屬超過法規限值。

地球公民基金會表示，南星計畫區將開發為遊艇工業區，計劃每年生產18艘豪華遊艇，預估製程每年會排放苯乙烯13.9噸、甲苯16噸，都是國際癌症總署證實的致癌物。

行動聯盟表示，高雄學子希望透過自身的力量，去改變這項錯誤政策，因此發起反對南星計畫連署活動，由中山大學、文藻外語大學、高雄大學等進行連署活動，直到高雄市政府停止南星計畫開發。1030103
