（軍聞社記者周昇煒臺北三日電）為協助新手爸媽們在生產前預做最完善的準備，三軍總醫院婦產部將於11日舉辦「媽媽教室」及「辣媽酷爸俱樂部」活動，將由專業講師分享各項嬰兒哺育及孕婦產前照護細節，歡迎各位準爸爸及準媽媽們踴躍參加。

　三總表示，「媽媽教室」活動時間為當天上午10時至12時，在汀洲院區二樓會議室舉辦，由該院婦產科主任黃貴帥及專業講師梁嘉心分別講授「懷孕中常見問題與處理事項」及「新生兒的營養與照顧」課程。

　「辣媽酷爸俱樂部」活動時間同樣也是當日上午10時至12時，在內湖院區地下一樓第三演講廳舉辦，由護理學系講師趙詩瑾及護理部護理師李佩蓉分別講解「拉梅茲結合生產球放鬆技巧練習」及「我願意餵你（妳）─成功純母乳經驗分享」等課程。

　三總指出，「媽媽教室」及「辣媽酷爸俱樂部」活動均為現場報名、免費參加課程，歡迎民眾踴躍參加，相關訊息可至三軍總醫院網站http://www.tsgh.ndmctsgh.edu.tw查詢。
