【許淑惠／台中報導】苗栗縣大埔農地徵收案，張藥房等4戶拆遷戶認為內政部區段徵收違法、苗栗縣政府徵地實為了炒作地皮，提起行政訴訟要求撤銷徵收，台中高等行政法院上午9時宣判，判內政部區段徵收不合法、苗栗縣府拆遷違法，需還地張藥房等4戶。上午張藥房等4戶都未到庭聽判，他們的委任律師李明芝說；「這是土地正義與人權的勝利」。
