（軍聞社記者劉德慶臺北三日電）國防部政治作戰局福利事業管理處為廣納消費者及國軍官兵意見，考量部分基層連隊網路資源有限，及部分年長榮民前輩、眷屬不黯電腦，特別精心印製發行「國軍官兵暨軍榮眷屬福利手冊」，為袍澤暨眷屬再搭建一座福利服務的導引新橋樑。

　福利處的「福利手冊」採實用、方便、活潑的理念設計，內容以福利服務項目、申購方式為主體，並搭配「幸福兌換券」之優惠回饋活動，在試行期間即供不應求，深受官兵及消費者喜愛。

　增印版「福利手冊」已印製完畢，近日即發送國軍各單位官兵及榮民、眷屬外，也將配置各地區福利站、軍中營站等，提供免費索取使用，歡迎消費者踴躍索取，別讓國軍官兵眷屬的權益睡著了。
