公文還躺在政院　運將怒油價補貼開天窗

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】政府2011年5月起提供營業車輛油價補貼，今年卻開天窗，1名計程車司機昨去加油，帳戶僅剩16元，發現補貼款未入帳，氣得大罵，「補貼政策不是第1年實施，油費補貼卻拖拖拉拉，搞得運將像乞丐一樣！」行政院表示，該公文已送到院裡，「應該還在政院處室，還未送到院長室。」

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，為避免油價調漲致使公共運輸全面漲價，政府3年前提供營業車輛油價補貼，每公升按月補貼4.4或5元不等，金額隨油價浮動調整；依上月油價，本月估計補助每公升4.8元、每車1920元。但今年汽油差額補貼公文，目前還躺在行政院，全國10萬多輛營業車輛，元旦至今還等不到汽油差額補貼。
