今晨低溫8.4℃　午後東北季風稍增強

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中央氣象局指出，輻射冷卻效應仍明顯，今天清晨平地最低溫在桃園縣新屋鄉8.4℃，其次是新竹9.6℃、嘉義9.9℃；午後東北季風將稍增強。

氣象局表示，東北季風影響下，迎風面的基隆北海岸、東半部地區及北部山區有局部短暫雨，北台灣也因雲量增多將稍轉涼。今天上午各地還是維持晴到多雲的天氣，中午高溫跟昨天類似，北部及宜蘭、花蓮約21至23度，中南部及台東24至26度。各地入夜後到隔天清晨的氣溫仍較低，注意日夜溫差偏大，適時增減衣物。
