【動新聞】 教育部：南京為首都　學者批自覺流亡

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】教育部前天發出1份公文提到「目前我國首都應為南京」，台北教育大學台灣文化研究所教授李筱峰昨批「馬政府發瘋，還要台灣學生跟他們一起發瘋！」教育部官員昨晚致歉坦承公文「過於簡略」，並願自請處分。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，教育部發給各中小學說明社會科教具採購原則的公文，文中寫明：「依據中華民國憲法，目前我國首都應為南京；惟中央政府所在地為台北。」要求學校在購買地球儀、地圖等教具時留意，在台北標示首都符號時，內容要敘明台北是中央政府所在地。但我國現行《憲法》和其他法令都未明訂首都在哪裡，引發質疑；李筱峰批，政府把南京當國都，根本是自覺流亡，還意圖管制學校的教學和言論。
