泰金寶 英業達 地點 深坑 士林 職稱 R-動態機構工程師(printer) 機構設計工程師 薪資 試用期後:(N-2~N-1)*平均15.5 (N~N+5)*保障年薪? 工時 8:30~17:30 9:00~18:00 福利 供午餐..等 午餐$40吃到飽..等 交通 騎車約40min 捷運約30min 住宿 家裡 家裡 出差地點 大陸、泰國曼谷 大陸各地 出差頻率 4次左右/年 6~8次/年 3~4周/次 4周左右/次 以上假設N=40K 各位前輩好，小弟我是剛退伍以及私立機械碩班畢業的新鮮人 1.泰金寶薪水頗低，也不會碰到正夯的3D列印，但面試我的主管給我感覺 應該是不錯的主管，而且應該可以學到很多 (請問可以委婉地跟公司 詢問再議價的空間嗎?) 2.英業達交通方便些，薪水較高，面試時主管一直跟我說很操喔.. 然後就是出差頻率又比泰金寶高 不過最在乎的還是出差頻率，其實我不排斥出差 ，但這樣的頻率應該是有超出我的理想值，雖然哀怨了一下 ，但要得到offer看來還是得接受了... 煩請各位前輩，綜合各項因素以及發展性或是調薪幅度..給我指點迷津了！ 以上...感激不盡!!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.160.125.230 ※ 編輯: poor978 來自: 1.160.125.230 (12/04 02:39) ※ 編輯: poor978 來自: 1.160.125.230 (12/04 02:46)
