台鐵電車線傾斜　完工半年就出包

【李姿慧／台北報導】台鐵電車線傾斜，今年中剛完工就出包。台鐵今晨6時34分七堵-五堵站間東線電車線三腳架傾斜，一列七堵開往樹林的迴送列車司機員電車線歪斜，立即通報行控中心，經蘇澳開往樹林區間車司機員確認，東正線斷電封鎖，改採中正線單線雙向行車，截至9時24分搶修完畢，逐步恢復雙向正常行車。  

據台鐵調查，電車線傾斜原因是懸臂組碍子受損，支撐電車線的碍子斷裂後造成電車線傾斜垂吊。由於七堵到汐止三軌化工程剛由交通部鐵工局在今年中完工，以往也從未發生過新工程剛啟用電車線碍子就斷裂情況，這次為何僅半年多便斷裂，目前正往施工問題或材料品質、外力影響等方向調查。  

台鐵統計，今日事故共有8班對號列車延誤超過45分鐘，包括107、111、171、272、113、115、511、5944次等列車，旅客可於1年內到車站辦理全額退費。
