房仲店一片愁雲慘霧？炒了13年的台中房價即將被打回原形？

看到這張違規廣告單，忽然一陣無言，這不正是在暗示炒房者即將不能再炒房了嗎？？
台中市的房價本來就沒有這麼貴嘛，房價老早就該被打回原形了。
我家這棟房子以前買只要兩百萬，現在我們家這一排透天每棟竟然被炒到兩千多萬，
近幾年來隔壁的賣了三棟，直說這種暴利真是好賺，成本低，回收高，完全沒有產值，
不必對社會有任何貢獻，就可以享受富裕的生活，只要繼續用這種方式賺錢，十輩子不愁吃穿。
聽了真是令人無言啊。
