衛福部13項食品大稽查　不法最重罰5千萬

【蔡明樺／台北報導】打擊食品不法，行政院聯合稽查小組成軍，衛福部長邱文達今承諾，已鎖定食用油、醬油、鮮乳、茶葉、蜂蜜、食米、年節食品、雞蛋、團購美食、素食摻葷、麵包、蔬果汁和有機食品等13項食品，配合政院全面稽查，明起1年內要將黑心食品全掃乾淨，其中，醬油、蔬果汁和鮮乳列首波稽查項目，配合《食品衛生管理法》修法已送進立法院，最高罰則提高至5000萬、不法刑責提高為5年，「絕對要讓黑心業者付出慘痛代價」。  

衛福部次長許銘能補充，食品聯合稽查將從上游著手，只要是市佔率高的大品牌，都是查察的重點對象，各縣市衛生局將稽查轄區內的重點食品廠，了解其原料來源、製程，原料分為本土、進口，分別由農委會、財政部介入了解其來源是否安全，食品廠若有GMP認證，就由經濟部主管；他強調，歷次食安風暴都在市售端發現原料出問題，由下而上稽查事倍功半，聯合稽查鎖定食品上游全面整肅，可還給全民食安無虞的環境。
