1歲男童託新手保母僅11天　顱內出血渾身傷命危

台中一名1歲8個月的莊姓男童的家屬，透過社區的保母系統，將小孩交給才剛取得合格證照滿1個月的鄧姓保母，不料僅11天男童就顱內出血送醫，全身傷痕累累，目前命危搶救中。而警方目前已將鄧姓保母函送法辦。

據了解，莊姓男童由鄧姓保母24小時全天照顧，不過才短短11天，小孩送醫時就被發現後腦骨折、顱內出血、大腿瘀血，額頭還有撕裂傷，但鄧女向警方堅稱，只有用手拍打男童管教，也經過家長同意，其他傷勢皆為男童摔倒、碰撞所致。

該名保母於9月才剛取得合格證書，經過專業訓練後10月23日登錄台中市社區保母系統，莊姓男童則為其第1個照料的小孩。而男童送醫前，社區保母系統輔導員還曾到鄧女家訪視，卻未察覺有異，上午結束訪視後，下午男童即陷入昏迷送醫。

警方訊後依違反《兒童及少年福利與權益保障法》與傷害等罪嫌，將鄧姓保母函送法辦，並將進一步釐清其是否涉及虐童。
