中華民國社會服務協會理事長孫健萍不滿市府未理會氣爆國賠聲請案，今天表示，會持續到市長陳菊官邸夜宿抗議，直到得到回應。

高市府法制局主任秘書尤天厚表示，市府共受理了約220件國賠聲請案，已擬訂12月9日開國賠審查會，研議處理情形。他表示，11月初有到社區向孫健萍等請求國賠民眾說明市府處理情形，也說明了下個月開會期程。

孫健萍自己非災民，不過在氣爆案發生後協助災民提出國賠聲請，也帶領災民到市府陳情多次。他說共分三波向市府提出國賠聲請共227件。

他表示，國賠的精神是無過失責任主義，即使市府有一點點過失也要受理賠償聲請，除非證明人民損失和市府無關，他呼籲市府不要迴避責任。

孫健萍為避免集會遊行，22日午夜隻身到陳菊官邸前夜宿，他說，23、24日都還會去夜宿，直到市府有回應。他也請警方不要太緊張，讓他無法入眠，更不需要動用大批警力。(中央社)
