里加超市倒塌死傷慘重 郝指示北市特種救難隊待命

拉脫維亞首都「里加」，一座超商發生屋頂坍塌意外，至少造成五十一人死亡，四十八人受傷，還有多人被埋在瓦礫堆下，生死不明。

里加市是臺北市的姊妹市之一，由於當地嚴重缺乏救難人員及緊急救難設備，我國駐拉脫維亞代表葛光越，也緊急以電話連絡市長郝龍斌，請求臺北市提供救援。郝龍斌市長已經指示臺北市消防局長廖茂為，要求具國際救災經驗的臺北市特種救難大隊，立刻進入待命狀況，包括救難人員、搶救設備及救難犬等，隨時待命出發。郝龍斌市長也計畫動用預備金，協助姊妹市，緊急採購必要的醫療物資，把握救援的黃金七十二小時。
