苛刻老闆高振利　帳戶、土地、房屋全查扣！

大統長基食品公司爆出大賣黑心油，老闆高振利賺進黑心錢，行事作風極盡奢華，彰化地檢署為防止高家惡意脫產，導致消費者求償無門，今（21）日扣押大統長基及高振利名下12家銀行帳戶，以及20筆土地、9筆房屋，不讓高振利脫產。 根據媒體報導，平時對員工十分苛刻的高振利，自己卻極盡奢華，不僅有廠房、土地、名車等，本身也操作期貨，資產項目複雜，廠房、土地都有質押。一家六口每人都有一台車牌號碼連號55的百萬名車，因為據傳這是高振利最愛的數字。

彰檢目前已凍結大統及高振利在台灣銀行等12家銀行開立的全部帳戶、保管箱，包括活期、定期、支票、綜合、黃金及其他帳戶，禁止提款、轉帳、扣款及其他給付及支出。

另外針對大統長基公司及高振利名下的不動產，向地政事務機關聲請禁止任何移轉、轉讓及處分，其中包括大統公司名下土地10筆、房屋3筆，以及高振利名下土地10筆、房屋6筆。

高振利住在台中西屯區的豪宅別墅，別墅社區入口有24小時警衛管制，社區100多戶，每戶市價超過8千萬，還擁有自己的小花園，社區裡頭還附有籃球場、網球場和游泳池，周圍被灌溉溝渠和圍籬，與外界隔絕，彷彿就像是護牆河，住戶也都非富即貴，就連王永慶的四房，羅家子女，也是這裡的住戶之一。

社區保全表示，高振利已經住這10多年，在台中市其他地方還有房子。
