請問透天這樣設計冷氣管路的跑法是符合"情理"的嗎?

如果講合理,那我想建商只要蓋得好房子,沒有錯誤的地方,怎麼蓋都合理!
不過小弟想請問大家有買過透天它的冷氣管路配置線是配在"整體屋子前面的垂直線上"嗎?

我的情況是:
5F新加坡式 (4.5F, 第五樓是屋突, 有前後陽台, 前小後大)
目前建商結構體完成,可是冷氣管路的配置是"走房子前面垂直線",
也就是從1F(玄關) -> 2F(客廳) -> 3F(主臥) -> 4F(客房)這樣一路都有一條
垂直的冷氣管路(只要我有裝冷氣),除非事後做裝潢,不然就是會有一大條很醜的明管顯露在剛剛提到的
這些空間視覺上?

可是我看過的透天建案都沒有這樣設計的?(還是我看得太少?)
大部分都走後方之類的居多~ 有大大們看過的案子是這樣設計冷氣管路的跑法嗎?
