皮尤：網路約會越來越普遍

根據皮尤研究中心(Pew Research Center)網際網路與美國民眾生活計畫(Internet and American Life Project)的最新研究，單身並且正在等待的美國人當中，38%的人表示，他們曾經使用網路約會網站或手機約會app。

預定今天(21日)公布這項研究調查指出，對網路約會的態度，已經逐漸朝向清楚、正面的方向推進。事實上，59%的網友同意，網路約會是一個與人相會的好方法。這比2005年的44%大幅升高了15個百分點。

正當美國人在網路上逛街、社交和娛樂自己的同時，也有越來越多人的轉向網路尋找約會伴侶。在過去10年中展開長期關係的美國人當中，有大約11%表示，他們是在網路上遇見他們的伴侶。儘管如此，也有10%的美國人表示，他們已經對網路約會感到厭倦。

調查指出，在25到34歲的美國男女之中，網路約會是最受歡迎的約會方式，其中將近四分之一的人會使用網路網站；而在18到24歲之間的人，則只有10%；而在35到44歲之間，有17%。44歲以上者，使用網路約會網站者則是跌到個位數。65歲以上者只有3%曾經涉足約會網站。

調查指出，在各族群之中，白人喜歡使用約會網站的程度略高於其他族群，大約占11%，而黑人則只有7%，西班牙裔更只有5%。

高中以下學歷的人最不喜歡利用網路來找到約會伴侶；而完成某些學院學歷的人，最可能使用網路約會。
