撤大統工廠登記？ 經部：無法源

大統長基黑心油連環爆，經濟部工業局今天表示，18日已註銷大統食用油食品GMP標章，包括大統葵花油等17項產品在內，並請食品工業發展研究所追蹤產品流向，包括市面上所有號稱百分之百食用油。

是否可進一步撤銷工廠登記，工業局坦言，「目前無法源依據」，食品衛生管理法主管機關為衛生福利部，工業局政策工具有限。
