問這個問題之前 應該要先問問這個產業有辦法吸引有才能的年輕人投入嗎??? 不是指球員、教練這種專業喔 而是其他的function GM、財務、公關、行銷....... 我可以想像有很多美國小孩志向是成為大聯盟職業球員 但可能有少部分想進比方說 洋基紅襪 組織內工作 台灣??? 大概沒有吧? 這個產業根本就沒辦法吸引年輕人 一個沒辦法吸引年輕人的產業 怎麼會有未來? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.240.219.88
