標題[心得] 科技業真是不宜長待

在中國網路上看到的po文 一個科技業人士的經歷 -------------------------------------------------- --------- 本人30多歲 在華為成都工作，前幾個月離職，離職前待遇是30多萬 記得8年前我在這個內地城市就年薪9w了， 當時老婆全年加起來差不多3w 我重點大學本科畢業，她中專學歷 我很自信地告訴她有了小孩， 她如果不想上班 以後回家帶小孩我賺錢養他， 沒想到8年後預言成真了，只是一切都是反的， 她的上司想回老家調走後， 現在的區域老總非常看重她，加上她自身的能力， 收入今年也會超過我離職前， 而且我的工作是越乾越吃不消， 她是越來越輕鬆，每天去巡視一下各個分店， 處理下人事關係，她上班賺錢我在家帶小孩，這 不是全反了嗎， 做科技民工絕對不是長久之計！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 85.170.225.133
