三重客運張姓司機日前行駛經過新莊中正路時，1名女子直挺挺的站在馬路中央，絲毫沒有閃躲的跡象，嚇得司機馬上緊急煞車，差一點就撞上女子，驚險萬分。

張姓司機駕駛公車往迴龍方向開，過了福海街口時突然看到1名女子站在路中央，張姓司機還以為大白天撞鬼，趕緊煞車，只見穿著白色洋裝、黑色短外套的女子面無表情，做了一個狀似擦淚的動作即離去，疑似心情不好想不開。

張姓司機表示，公車重達16公噸，所需的煞車距離較長，幸好車速不快，有及時煞住，不然若撞到行人，會因為未注意前方路況，被判刑過失傷害。

警方表示，這名女子舉動已觸犯《刑法》第一百八十五條妨害公眾往來安全罪，可處5年以下有期徒刑，拘役或500元以下罰金。若這名女子是故意想不開的話，將通報衛生局等相關單位。
