憲兵官坦承　旅長未簽准前洪仲丘已關禁閉

【綜合報導】桃園地院審理洪仲丘案，昨傳訊禁閉室管理員、269旅中尉憲兵官郭毓龍庭訊時爆料，曾提醒旅長攜帶照相手機入營不需送悔過，楊仍簽准把洪送悔過，另外，郭對洪仲丘被送進禁閉室過程供詞反覆，直到法官出示監視畫面擷取照片，才坦承旅長楊方漢未簽准前，他已讓洪仲丘關進禁閉室。

到場旁聽的洪姊洪慈庸表示，郭可能不清楚實際狀況，才會站在保護自己的立場，言詞閃爍；洪家律師邱顯智則說，楊方漢事先和542旅高層談過，因洪仲丘快要退伍，才急著把洪關進來，而郭只是替死鬼。檢方近日將傳喚楊方漢出庭作證，若郭供詞屬實，不排除另分案將楊改列「被告」追究刑責。
