立院證實：已收註銷王黨籍電子公文

一只註銷王金平黨籍的公文，引發社會各界關注，中選會副主委劉義周表示，這只公文已經透過電子公文交換系統，在昨天下午6時32分送抵立法院，立法院已經收文。立法院秘書處長莊麗珍已經證實這項消息。

由於全國電子公文交換系統是統一設定，不能由單方面拒收，且24小時都可以發文，沒有紙本公文傳遞的時間落差問題。

劉義周表示，中選會只是接受國民黨的通告，然後把公文轉到立法院，讓立法院進行註銷的動作。根據選罷法第73條規定，不分區立委就職後喪失黨籍，自喪失黨籍之日起，喪失其資格，由中選會函請立法院予以註銷。劉義周說，等立法院回函送達15天內，公告遞補名單。

【中央社╱台北12日電】 立法院秘書處今天證實，中央選舉委員會函轉的中國國民黨撤銷立法院長王金平黨籍喪失證明書，以電子公文形式送達立法院。

立法院秘書處表示，中選會函轉撤銷王金平喪失國民黨黨籍證明書公文，是在昨天晚間7時10分以電子公文形式送達，秘書處人員上午電腦開機時才知道。
