【公庫】新北市七千社宅看得到吃不到？ 巢運批灌水

社會住宅倡議團體「巢運」與反迫遷、身障、原民等各民間團體代表今（9/12）前往新北市政府前，針對市長朱立倫的社會住宅政策逐一檢視。「巢運」團體認為，新北市政府預估至民國108年可以提供7074戶社宅根本是「灌水」，如三重、中和是「摻水」BOT，林口世大運選手村根本未定案，或是以區段徵收之名吃社宅豆腐。巢運盤點後，認為新北市政府號稱的七千戶，可能不到三分之一是真正「只租不賣、低於市場租金」的社宅。現場安排戴著朱立倫面具的民眾...(完整報導)
