黃季敏戴著口罩 保釋出獄

涉貪被起訴、從調查到審理已羈押將近一年的前消防署長黃季敏，下午兩點多從保釋返家。

黃季敏涉貪案在台北地院審理將近九個月後，法院昨天下午裁定讓黃季敏交保，並限制住居、出境，每晚要到轄區派出所報到。不過法院昨天裁定的時間，銀行已經關門，家屬領不到現金，所以黃季敏還押看守所。今天上午十點多，黃季敏的妻女帶著現金五百萬與兩千五百萬的書面保證資料，到法院辦理交保程序，法院中午將釋票隨囚車帶到看守所，黃季敏下午帶著口罩離開北所。
