陳水扁將恢復民進黨籍

前總統陳水扁申請再入民進黨，民進黨入黨複審小組今天中午召開會議，最後採多數決方式通過申請案，決議「尊重地方黨部意見，通過審查。」陳水扁確定重返民進黨籍。

複審小組召集人管碧玲說，考量扁為重度憂鬱病人，其再入黨之情感，應給予人權暨醫療需求之必要考量。其次，陳水扁申請再入黨案，係經中常會決議，由民進團總召柯建銘攜帶申請書，提送陳填寫，黨不宜有前後不一的矛盾。基於以上考量，複審小組通過本案審查。
