標題[問題] SONY XZ通話問題

(已經爬文) 大家晚安 小弟於7月初時購入SONY XZ，至今無摔過也無其它損傷， 但偶爾會發生，撥電話給朋友時，我聽得到對方聲音，但對方聽不見我講話， 遇到此情況時無解，撥給誰(試過撥給不同家電信朋友)都一樣，只能重開機解決； 之前在4.1.2版本時遇到這問題，當時在板上爬文後，便將"降噪功能"關閉， 而後就沒在遇過這個問題，接著也已經更新至4.2.2版本， 也從未安裝微信、Whatapp等軟體... (自行安裝的app只有:candy、食在好玩、公司打卡、進擊兵長、LINE、QR CODE) 防毒也已經移除 沒想到今天又發生相同情況，而碰巧又有急事...囧" 後來只得重開機解決~ 想請問有板友遇到和我相同問題嗎!? 已經更新後還這樣子= =" 這種情況該送修嗎? 還是有其它解決方法呢? 另外請問，更新至4.2.2版本後，需要執行"回復原廠設定"嗎? 因為我沒有執行，不知道會不會有影響... 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.161.51.105
