警侵占失物 交友轉賣被訴

〔自由時報記者林俊宏／台北報導〕台北市大安派出所警員黃俊哲在去年8、9月間執勤時，收受由吳姓民眾所撿到的一台華碩品牌筆記型電腦，竟未依規定輸入電腦管制，不但涉嫌侵占，還轉交給蕭姓友人轉賣，變賣所得則作為蕭某生活費用，台北地檢署昨依侵占罪將黃員起訴。劉姓失主向檢方說，他發現筆記型電腦不見後，就懷疑可能遭人變賣，不久後，果然從網路上發現蕭姓賣家要拍賣同款同型電腦，後來約出賣家面交，找到他遺失的筆電。
