國家隊一路「跨級」挑戰的蔡碩哲，今晚僅是大學生涯第二場出賽，面對澳門蒙地卡羅被攻進2球，坦言自己還在適應大學球風。

雖比賽經驗豐富，但蔡碩哲暑假過後才是大一新鮮人，表示自己尚未融入球隊風格，「默契差很多，很多處理球方式跟高中都不一樣。」

「今晚這兩次丟球，都是默契還未培養所造成，在與後防配合上有遲疑造成漏洞。」蔡碩哲認為大學與高中打法不一樣，但與這支澳門隊伍交手，學習到不少東西。

他說，蒙地卡羅隊本身實力夠水準，光經驗就贏一大截，「他們也許沒速度、沒體力，但是經驗與企圖心都夠強，處理球不拖泥帶水。」

5月曾到日本與J2層級的熊本隊隨隊訓練，蔡碩哲指出，體驗到日本的足球環境水準，但熊本門將都自主練習，較少參與團練，較少取經觀摩的機會。
