午後雷雨又急又快　路人躲雨玩手機

【余思維／台北報導】今午雷聲大作隨即下起傾盆大雨，讓路人紛紛躲進騎樓避雨，有些人不畏強大雨勢，依然撐傘冒雨在路上行進，鞋褲全濕模樣狼狽，在騎樓下躲雨的人，完全不浪費午後優閒，當起低頭族猛玩手機，一場午後雷雨各自有打發時間方式。　

這場雷雨來的又急又快，瞬間完全籠罩全台北市，所幸沒有造成嚴重積水，多處交通卻出現大打結，還有部份地區號制燈故障，環河快速道路往南方向桂林路上方有積水10公分，請行車放慢速度小心通過。
