大同(2371-TW)說明，檢調5日至該公司調查，係疑公司部分員工於民國100年間疑涉綠能(3519-TW)內線交易情事，公司總經理林郭文艷女士以證人身分應訊，協助釐清，整體營運不受影響。

大同表示，事件與公司無涉。公司相信受調查員工之清白，也相信司法程序必能調查清楚還其清白，公司亦將提供必要的法律協助。上述調查事件對公司財務及業務並無影響。

另，對於外傳「大同公司創辦人林挺生的兩個外孫，出脫大同5000萬元股票，……」云云，大同表示，經檢調對該公司總經理林郭文艷女士查證，並無任何不法情事。

綠能也指出，經查檢調5日至公司調查，係疑公司部分員工於民國100年間疑涉內線交易情事，整體事件與該公司無涉。公司相信受調查員工之清白，也相信司法程序必能調查清楚還其清白，公司亦將提供必要的法律協助。
