公司前超車滑倒 她遭同事輾斃

26歲葉姓女子昨上午8時10分騎機車，要到北屯大坑的北坑巷營造公司上班，疑在超越工程灑水車時滑倒，被灑水車輾過頭部身亡，肇事劉姓司機竟是同公司同事；檢警相驗調查，依業務過失致死移送劉男，昨以2萬元交保。

在營造公司擔任文書助理的女員工葉可柔，從東勢騎機車行經大坑山區到北坑巷工務所上班，在距工務所不到1里處轉彎路段，不慎摔車滑倒，跌落男子劉錫鑫（66歲）駕駛的灑水車右側車底，葉女被車輪輾過頭部當場死亡。

劉男向警方表示，當時正進行路面清洗作業，車速不快，發現擦撞立即停車查看，他不認識死者，沒想到公司幹部接到通知趕來，發現是同公司員工。

其他同事不忍遺體在高溫下曝曬，主動拿帆布、遮陽傘為她遮陽。

葉女姊姊也在這家營造公司工作，5個月前介紹妹妹進公司。她向警方表示，妹妹每天都騎車上班，北坑巷彎道多，至少摔過3次，曾提醒她要注意安全。

葉女父親說，這是女兒大學畢業後第1份正式工作，沒想到才做幾個月就發生意外。營造公司林姓負責人表示，公司有替員工投保500萬元意外險，加上勞保、強制險等，會全力協助家屬善後。
