天價！酒駕肇事判賠3370萬

〔自由時報記者楊政郡／台中報導〕男子羅漢忠騎機車酒駕闖紅燈，在台中市太平區樹德路與新興路口，將33歲何姓機車騎士撞成重傷成為植物人，何某原提出1億964萬餘元賠償，後減為3800多萬元，審理中被告表示無意見，只說沒錢賠，法官判羅某應賠3370萬餘元，是近10年來車禍賠償最高紀錄。

判決書指出，羅漢忠去年6月16日至17日凌晨1時許，在太平區與友人喝酒，酒後騎機車經過樹德路與新興路口，闖紅燈撞上何姓機車騎士，導致何某頭部外傷、顱骨骨折、顱內出血、水腦等重傷害，至今雙側肢體偏癱、嚴重腦傷、關節萎縮，生活起居完全依賴他人。此案刑事部分，羅某酒駕肇事，酒測值0.81，被判2年徒刑，目前已入監執行。
