請問新加裝電錶，其可以共用水線(中性線/白色)嗎???

各位先進請教一下:
最近家中透天厝因電費太高，因為之前建商是拉22mm的線(1~4F共用一個電錶。)所以改成1F/2F用一個電錶，3F/4F用一個電錶(新增的)，但今天看水電師父施工時因管路拉線不好拉，所以把原本22mm的中性線改拉8mm並且兩個電錶共用同一條中性線，所以變成只拉5條線到2個電表(4條火線，1條中性線)，請問這樣行嗎(合法嗎??)，新加裝電錶入戶線是拉8mm再請問這樣足夠一般家庭使用嗎，還有拉到總開關NFB 2p50a是否也要改呢，且拉線至總開關是不是要一次拉到位不能有串接，如果有串接會有法規的問題或危險嗎??
