標題[討論] 幫朋友介紹工作反而陷入為難

由於鴻海是我們公司的客戶 所以有認識一些鴻海公司高層 他們剛好最近某部門有缺人 所以問我們這邊有沒有認識的合適人選 我第一個就想到我一個好朋友 就跟他說有這個機會看他有沒有興趣 我的好朋友就說他有興趣 我請他儘快把履歷表給我 讓我轉給鴻海安排面試 他說他最近比較忙但會儘快弄給我 另一方面我也跟鴻海說我有個認識的人有興趣 近期我會把履歷轉給他們 結果 不知為何 我的朋友一直在拖稿 說他最近工作比較忙但會儘快 但一直沒給我 即使我跟他說能不能最近幾天給我 他就說他盡量 但還是遲遲無消息（已經過2周了） p.s.我朋友是真的很忙常常搞到半夜 但如果真的有心弄個履歷表應該不需拖到2周吧？？？ 老實說我對客戶鴻海那邊也覺得很不好意思= = 你們有遇過類似的情形嗎？？ 好心幫好朋友介紹工作卻反而陷入這種....窘境 如果是妳們會怎麼做呢？ 1.直接跟客戶說朋友最近另有高就可能不會去面試 朋友那邊就不用管他不用催他了 2.持續催朋友請他趕快生出履歷表 客戶那邊持續安撫說會儘快給 你們有遇過這種鳥事嗎 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.240.34.80
