上半年勞檢 欠加班費最嚴重

勞委會統計今年上半年勞動檢查結果，共抽檢五三四七家廠次，其中一八三○廠次違反勞動法令，違規率達卅四.二％，僅略低於去年全年違反比率的卅五.九％。其中以欠給加班費最多，其次是超時工作。

勞委會一年約進行一萬家廠次的勞動檢查，今年上半年檢查五三四七廠次，三成四有違反勞基法情事。進一步探究各行業狀況，以網咖、遊樂場、ＫＴＶ、度假村等「藝術、娛樂及休閒服務業」違反比率為四十二.四％最高。其次是「住宿及餐飲業」，違反比率為四十％，營造業為卅九％。

違法項目最多為「延長工作時間未依規定加給工資」，十一.五％的廠次違反規定。其次為八％「延長工作時間超過法令規定」，讓勞工超時工作，再其次是「例休假、特別休假工資未照給或休假日工作工資未加倍發給」，占總檢查廠次比率六.四％。

勞委會表示，上半年勞檢結果已分別交由地方政府進一步查處、開罰。
