德法官判「陽春」　美A片商告侵權不成

【綜合報導】美國A片商「Malibu Media」先前發現德國有少數民眾非法下載2部A片，因此上告德國法院，該片商以侵權名義提出告訴，但德國法院最後裁定片商敗訴，原因是「A片太陽春」。

片商提告被侵權的2部片分別為《柔骨美人》(Flexible Beauty)和《年輕情慾》(Young Passion)，但德國法官認為，這2部片對於情色過程的描寫太簡陋，只有單純的做愛場景，根本稱不上有任何智慧財產的情節及故事，因此認定侵權不成立。
